Lahar Drill

At 9:25 students will get into their morning lines with their classroom signs.

We do have parent volunteers that will assist with your classes and the specialists in the building will help as well.

Be sure to give each student a vest to wear and inside your backpacks some of you may have a vest to wear also. It is yellow and orange with reflectors. If you have it please wear it so people can see us.

Walking Groups:

Portable 3They will carry a Lahar sign with their Rm sign

Picture Day

Please make sure to sign up for class pictures.  Sign-up sheet is hanging on the Sub Board.

Attn Teachers:
 
Just before coming down for pictures please do the following in your classroom
• Double Check Camera Cards For Spelling Make any corrections in red pen
• Blank Cards Are Provided For New Students and/or Staff simply fill out the student's first and last name we will take care of the rest
• Hand out camera cards to each student
• Make sure the students have their envelope in hand before reporting to picturesust before coming down for pictures please do the following in your classroom

 Clock Hours

Please remember, all credits & clock hours must be earned on or before October 1st and all paperwork must be turned in to the Human Resources Department by November 1st to be counted for salary advancement for the 2014-15 school year.

College credits/continuing education credits - require an official transcript

In-service forms – require the employees’ original signature, no copies will be accepted

Admin & PEA: The College Credit/Clock Hour Approval Form can be downloaded from the district website. This form must be completed and turned in with all credits and clock hours.  Credits and clock hours must meet one of the state required criteria and must be offered by an accredited institution or an approved provider.

Please turn in the information early so there is plenty of time to accurately place you on the salary schedule.

Custodial needs

Do you have something that you would like to report to the custodian? There is a clipboard hanging on the wall in the staff lounge by the blackboard that you can make your request known.
