EDLINE Reminder!

Please make sure to update your Edline pages! (The following is excerpts from David Pickles email).

The class information and welcome message is displayed in the upper left corner of your class page. We encourage that you setup new information here to welcome your new students to your class. This is done by logging in to Edline, navigating to each class page for your schedule, hovering on Tools and clicking on Manage Class. On the next page you can add an image or graphic, type in a welcome message, your contact information if you desire and change the visibility of your class page.

You do have the option of copying the class information from a previous year’s class to a current class. When logged in to Edline, hover on My Edline and click on Old Class Materials on the right hand side of the menu. This will bring up a list of all archived classes that you can choose from. Click on the class that you want to copy materials from.

Lots of online help available…classes, too.

PTA BBQ

A hotdog BBQ is being hosted by PTA on Tuesday, Sept. 2 from 4:00 to 5:30.  Classrooms will be open for an “Open House” type of visit from parents and students.  Post cards were mailed on 8/26 so you can make contact with students/parents that are listed in TAC.

REMINDER!!! Professional Development for Science Adoption

Elementary classroom teachers must complete a science implementation professional development class and the last one is on Friday, August 29 at KJH from 8:00 to 4:00.
