Open Enrollment for 2012-2013

Please note the following process and timeline changes in our upcoming open enrollment:

1)       No open enrollment materials will be printed and sent out to schools or satellite offices in August.  All open enrollment information and processing will be online.

2)      2012-13 benefit information will be available on or before 8/13/12 online at:  www.myusi.com  Username: psdbenefits  Password:  benefits

3)      Open enrollment dates:  August 13 – September 14.  All open enrollment changes must be completed online no later than    5:00 pm on September 14, 2012.

4)      All open enrollment changes will be effective on October 1^st, 2012 and premium changes will be reflected on the September 30^th payroll.

5)      Flexible Spending enrollment forms (Flex-Plan) will be available online.  Instructions will be included with the open enrollment process guidelines.  Employees will print the form, complete it and send it to payroll no later than September 30th.  IMPORTANT:  the September 30^th deadline is for FLEX-PLAN only.  All other open enrollment changes must be completed online no later than September 14^th.

BENEFIT DEPOT SCHEDULE

2:00 – 5:00 pm - Tuesday, August 14^th

4:00 – 7:00 pm – Wednesday, August 22^nd

9:00 – noon – Saturday, August 25^th

7:00 – 10:00 am – Thursday, August 30^th

4:00 – 7:00 pm – Thursday, September 6^th

1:30 – 4:30 pm – Friday, September 14^th

All benefit depots will be held at ESC in the Pioneer Room.  We will have a computer set up and someone available to help folks navigate through the online process.  We will also have a tutorial available to show, step-by-step, how to navigate through open enrollment online.  It is actually quite easy and user-friendly!
