We have been given the opportunity to select a student from Spinning. Please provide the name of a student (Grades 3 – 6) that has faced adversity and is working to overcome challenges they are facing.  We will need 1 name per teacher submitted no later than Monday, December 14.

Spinning's Annual Weeklong Potluck Pigout
Our annual sharing of food has been scheduled as follows:

Monday:   Intermediate Wing
Tuesday:  Special Ed./Para/Title
Thursday: Primary Wing
Friday: Office Staff/Support Staff/Specialists

Groups usually prepare main dishes, salads, soups and desserts. Breakfasts are optional. For food ideas and suggestions, please see Donna, Lynn or Jill.

We are all looking forward to a time that we can share laughs and good food.

House Fire
As many of you may know, one of our Spinning families have lost their house to a fire.  It has been declared a total loss and we are in touch with the parents to see how we can help. At this time they are mostly in need of clothing.  More information will follow.

SPECIAL EVENTS REMINDER
Please remember Mrs. King would appreciate knowing the activity, the date and the planned length of time for the activity.  Please do not publicize the event to your students or parents until then.
